Inception

The history of AIDOOAID dates back to 1946, the birth year of Dr Francis Bandoh-Aidoo, PhD. It was he who invented the breakthrough Hair Follicle Re-Activation System that has since helped to uplift thousands of people’s lives!

1980

The Doc begins his cosmetics endeavor and establishes his first research lab.

1983 – 1985

Afriq-Aidoo’s (Afriq-Afro) and Sofoline (Soft-O-Line) brands are created, consisting of exquisite shampoos, conditioners, creams, lotions, pomades, and more!

1985 – 1990

AIDOOAID Ancestral brand is created for salons and beauty supply stores. It is here that Bald-No-More, the precursor to Hair Follicle Re-Activation System, is invented. Users of Bald-No-More are reporting unprecedented results of hair growth from areas on their scalp that were bald. The Doc takes note, researches further into this phenomenon, and acts.

1990

Bald-No-More is reformulated to suit the styling needs of all hair types and has a shampoo and conditioner added to its regimen, creating a hair loss system – an innovative first in the field of hair loss! The term “System” is then added to its title, becoming AIDOOAID “Bald-No-More System.”

1993 – 2004

Bald-No-More System is renamed Hair Follicle Re-Activation System to aptly describe the basis of the Doc’s findings in hair loss – hair growth discipline. Full-on marketing campaigns are initiated to reach more parts of the world: informercials in Spanish, commercialization in Australia, Ghana, Mexico, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, and other places.

2005 – 2017

Hair Follicle Re-Activation System formulations are continually revamped to tackle more confounding hair loss matters, such as those seen among Alopecia sufferers, both diagnosed and undiagnosed. The results are miraculous.

2018

AIDOOAID is relaunched under the curation of Samuel Emmanuel through ETISEN Sciences! Upon commemorating the life and achievements of Francis Bandoh-Aidoo, new commitments are adopted to advance on the groundwork laid!
